Shipping, Refund and Cancellations

We utilize the services of Xpressbees, Tirupati Couriers, and Ekart for domestic shipments within India. Our orders are exclusively made-to-order, although certain products may already be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, scheduled for the next business day.

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 7-12 business days. For expedited delivery, we offer an express shipping option. This service prioritizes the production of your order and ensures faster delivery via air transportation.

Please be advised that standard deliveries do not operate on Sundays and public holidays.

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders totaling above INR 1200/-. For orders below this threshold, a flat charge of INR 80/- is applicable for standard delivery, while INR 300/- is charged for express delivery.

With express delivery, your products will be prioritized for faster shipment, utilizing air transportation for swift delivery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can easily track its status using the consignment/tracking number provided on the shipping agency's website. We will promptly email you the tracking number along with a direct link to the shipping agency's tracking page, or you will receive an email from Shiprocket containing these details.

While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your products, we have partnered with multiple third-party vendors to expedite our shipping process. However, please note that we do not assume responsibility for delays caused by third-party vendors.

In the event that the package is damaged upon delivery, we kindly request you to refrain from accepting it and instead take images of the damaged package. We will either refund the amount or arrange for a replacement package to be sent to you promptly when we receive the damaged product. 

For returns or exchanges, please be aware that the shipping cost for returning the product to our warehouse shall be borne by you.

Refunds will only be issued for the product and will not include any shipping charges. Approval for refund or exchange requests will be granted only after we have thoroughly verified the claim made by you and conducted final inspections upon receiving the product back.

Please be aware that due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Furthermore, exchanges for size-related issues are not provided. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the size chart before placing your order.

Products will be eligible for exchange under the following circumstances- If the product you have received differs from the one you ordered or In the event of a genuine mistake in the product that may have occurred during production or other operations, or if the product is damaged.

Exchanges and refunds will only be processed if the product shows no signs of use. Requests for refund or exchange must be raised within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Delivery of the exchanged product will commence once we have received the previous product back. Please note that the delivery of the exchanged product may take 7-12 days.

If you wish to cancel the order you have placed, kindly do so within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that as we operate on a made-to-order basis, once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
